What it does
- Finds the right opt-out channel for a broker — official registry (like California's DROP), the broker's own opt-out page, or a verified guide.
- Collects only the personal data a broker actually requires, and prefers alias email/phone over real contact details.
- Never fabricates identity, residency, or authorization, and stops to ask before exceeding what a user approved.
- Captures a structured proof record for every request — filed, confirmed, or blocked — and schedules re-checks, since listings commonly come back.
- Escalates ignored or rejected requests through statutory demand letters and the right regulator.
