data-removal-request

An open, vendor-neutral Agent Skill that teaches any AI agent how to file data-broker opt-out and personal-information removal requests — with PII-minimized intake, safe browser/programmatic execution, confirmation capture, and re-check scheduling.

This skill is fully usable on its own — it does not require My Privacy Agent. Any agent runtime that supports the Agent Skills format can load it directly from:

https://myprivacyagent.com/skills/data-removal-request/SKILL.md

What it does

  • Finds the right opt-out channel for a broker — official registry (like California's DROP), the broker's own opt-out page, or a verified guide.
  • Collects only the personal data a broker actually requires, and prefers alias email/phone over real contact details.
  • Never fabricates identity, residency, or authorization, and stops to ask before exceeding what a user approved.
  • Captures a structured proof record for every request — filed, confirmed, or blocked — and schedules re-checks, since listings commonly come back.
  • Escalates ignored or rejected requests through statutory demand letters and the right regulator.

Who publishes it

My Privacy Agent wrote and maintains this skill and optionally offers a managed execution/verification endpoint at myprivacyagent.com — but the skill itself carries no dependency on that service. See our free exposure scan, paste-a-listing removal tool, and 47 free per-broker opt-out guides for the same removal work without an agent.
