AeroLeads opt-out: choose Data removal request on the official contact form

Open aeroleads.com/contact and change the Category from Sales to Data removal request. The form reviewed on October 22 asked for Name, Email, Category and Message, with Phone and Subject optional, and displayed a reCAPTCHA. Describe the professional contact record you want removed, review your details, complete any human check yourself and explicitly approve Send. The same page publishes hello@aeroleads.com as a contact fallback. No request was sent or removal tested for this guide.

Step by step

Remove yourself from AeroLeads

7 steps. Use the official site in a normal browser and follow its current instructions if a human check fails.

  1. 01

Collect only the professional details needed to match your record

Use the affected business email, professional name and employer from the outreach or source you already have. Save an existing profile or source URL if available. If the concern is a phone record, note that specific number privately. Do not buy access or gather unrelated government identifiers simply to make an initial removal request.

  2. 02

    Open the official contact page

Go to aeroleads.com/contact and confirm the domain before typing anything. The reviewed page identified itself as the AeroLeads contact page and visibly published hello@aeroleads.com. If an old removal link is broken, return to the current official site rather than sending details to an unverified replacement form.

  3. 03

Choose Data removal request instead of Sales

Open Category and select Data removal request. The form's default was Sales in the reviewed screen; leaving it unchanged can describe a different kind of inquiry. The observed alternatives included Technical support. Follow the current choices if the form changes, and ask the official mailbox how to route the request if the removal category disappears.

  4. 04

Fill the required fields and state the scope

The observed required fields were Name, Email, Category and Message. Phone and Subject had no required marker. Explain that you want your affected professional contact-data record removed and marketing use suppressed, then identify it with the minimum matching details. Leave Phone blank unless that number is needed for the record you want addressed; do not provide an unrelated personal number just to complete the form.

  5. 05

Review, complete any CAPTCHA and approve Send

Read the final fields and check Category again. A reCAPTCHA container was visible during the source review, so be ready to complete any human challenge yourself. If an agent prepared the request, it should hand control back and ask for explicit approval before Send. Copying this guide does not authorize a submission or an email, and no challenge should be bypassed.

  6. 06

Keep the actual acknowledgement and ask what will change

Save any confirmation or reference that the site actually returns, together with the date, scope and matching details you used. If no clear acknowledgement appears, record that uncertainty. Ask the provider for its processing window and whether the response covers a contact-database entry, a product account or mailing-list use. A generic support reply is not proof of completed removal.

  7. 07

Follow up by the published mailbox and recheck the source

If needed, prepare a follow-up to hello@aeroleads.com giving the original request date and minimum matching record information. Review and approve sending it separately. After the provider's stated window, revisit the original record if you can access it and track any further outreach separately. An inaccessible or blocked source cannot establish removal, and ongoing messages can come from a past export or a different database.

What is AeroLeads?

AeroLeads is a business contact-data service used for professional email, phone and company research. The privacy question for a person receiving unwanted outreach is usually whether a professional contact record is being used or made available, rather than whether a residential people-search page has been erased. Identify the actual email address, phone record or professional profile that caused the concern before preparing a request.

Keep three tasks distinct: deleting an AeroLeads product account, stopping one sender's email campaign and asking AeroLeads to remove contact-database information. The official privacy page includes mailing-list unsubscribe instructions, but an unsubscribe confirmation alone does not establish a database deletion. This guide documents the Data removal request category observed on the official contact form and the official contact mailbox, without assuming the outcome of a submitted message.

What a AeroLeads listing can show

  • Professional email addresses and business contact records at issue in a person's request
  • Phone contact data where it is associated with the affected professional record
  • Name, employer and other company context used to identify the record
  • The exact contents of an individual AeroLeads record are not established by the unfilled contact-form review

Who runs AeroLeads, and which sites one request covers

The AeroLeads website publishes hello@aeroleads.com on its official contact page and in its privacy policy. The contact form offers a specific Data removal request category, alongside Sales and Technical support. Start from the official domain and verify that category before sharing identifying information; the default Sales selection is not the same request scope.

The review did not establish how a particular contact entered the database or which outside customers have received past exports. Ask the provider what records and processing activities its response covers. A message to AeroLeads should not be described as recalling every contact list held by someone else, and a separate sender may still need to honor an unsubscribe or direct stop-contact request.

What is the aeroleads.com opt-out removal process?

Use the official contact form's Data removal request category, enter its required Name, Email and Message fields, and leave optional information blank unless it is needed to match the affected record. A reCAPTCHA container was visible during the unfilled October 22 review. The person must review the request, complete any challenge and authorize Send; the observation did not test those stages or establish provider acceptance. The published hello@aeroleads.com mailbox is a fallback for questions or a separately approved request.

How long it takes

The contact page says support usually replies in a few hours. That is a general support-response statement, not a deletion processing commitment. This review did not establish a contact-data removal turnaround or test a real request. Ask for the timeframe and scope in the provider's reply, keep the actual dates, and do not turn an acknowledgement into a completed-removal status.

If it does not work

AeroLeads opt-out problems and fixes

My message went to the default Sales category

Check what you selected or saved. If the request scope is unclear, send one narrow, reviewed follow-up identifying the earlier date and asking that it be treated as a contact-data removal request. Do not create many duplicate submissions just to try every category.

The CAPTCHA blocks my agent or the form does not advance

Hand control to the person to complete the current official challenge. Do not bypass it or claim that a request was sent because the fields were prepared. If the site remains unusable, use the published hello@aeroleads.com mailbox for a separately approved request and preserve the actual response.

I no longer control the employer email associated with the record

Explain the old professional address and current matching context in a narrow message from an address you do control. Ask the provider which minimum verification it needs. Do not pretend you can confirm a mailbox you cannot access, and do not upload an identity document before the official process explains the requirement.

There was no clear acknowledgement after Send

Keep the uncertainty visible. A clicked button does not establish that AeroLeads accepted a request. Check any displayed error and your email folders, then ask the official mailbox about the request date if needed. This guide has not observed a success screen or tested delivery.

I have multiple professional emails or duplicate records

List only the records you want addressed and ask whether one request covers them. Include an available source URL for each when useful, without collecting unnecessary personal details. Check the provider's answer for the records it actually names instead of assuming the whole database was searched.

Unwanted email continues after a provider response

Read what the response says changed. A product-account deletion or campaign unsubscribe is different from contact-database removal. Ask the original sender to stop contacting you, and remember that an old export or another provider can supply the same details. Continued outreach alone does not identify its source.

Send this to hello@aeroleads.com

Subject: Data removal request: [professional contact record]

Hello, Please treat this as a Data removal request for my professional contact information. I request removal of the affected contact-data record and suppression of marketing use within your responsibility. Name on the record: [Name] Professional email at issue: [Email] Employer or other minimum matching detail: [Detail] Existing profile/source URL, if available: [URL or omit] Specific phone record, only if that is the issue: [Number or omit] Original request date/reference, if following up: [Date/reference or omit] Please tell me the request scope, the expected processing timeframe, and any minimum verification needed. Please distinguish contact-database changes from a product account, mailing list or previously exported customer list. I have not attached identity documents. Please confirm what action was taken and any limits or further steps. Thank you.

After you opt out of AeroLeads

Keep the request, acknowledgement, substantive provider response and any later observation as separate records. Check the exact source that was visible before the request if it remains accessible, and write down an unknown result if it is blocked. New outreach or a job change is a useful reason to revisit the issue, but this guide does not establish recurring automated AeroLeads checking or recall of data already exported by other companies.

Realistic scope

This guide explains how to request the action AeroLeads publishes for its own site. Reading the guide or sending a request does not establish completed removal. Other sites and original public records are separate; recheck the specific aeroleads.com page after the site's response and if the information appears again.

Common questions

AeroLeads opt-out FAQ

Is the AeroLeads Data removal request form an official route?

The Data removal request category appeared on AeroLeads' own contact page during the October 22 source review, and hello@aeroleads.com was visibly published there. Confirm those details on the current official site before entering information. This observation establishes the unfilled entry form, not a completed request, accepted deletion or independently confirmed removal.

How do I opt out of AeroLeads?

Open the official contact page, select Data removal request in Category and provide the required Name, Email and Message fields. Identify the affected professional record, complete any human challenge yourself and approve Send. Keep the actual response and independently check any accessible original source after the provider's stated window.

Which AeroLeads fields are required for a removal request?

The unfilled form reviewed on October 22 marked Name, Email, Category and Message as required. Phone and Subject had no required marker. A reCAPTCHA container was also visible. Follow the current official form if it changes; later validation or success screens were not tested.

Do I have to give AeroLeads my phone number to opt out?

Phone was optional in the reviewed form. Leave it blank unless the specific phone record is what you need the provider to match. Start with the minimum affected professional identifiers and ask for clarification if the current official process requests additional evidence.

How fast does AeroLeads remove contact data?

No deletion turnaround was established by this review. The contact page's statement about replies within a few hours concerns support responses, not completion of a contact-data removal. Ask the provider to state the processing timeframe for your actual request.

Can I email AeroLeads instead of using the contact form?

The official contact page and privacy page publish hello@aeroleads.com. Use it for a clearly scoped, reviewed request or follow-up if needed. Sending to the mailbox does not establish acceptance or removal; retain the actual provider response.

Does unsubscribing from one message remove my AeroLeads record?

A campaign unsubscribe and contact-database removal are different scopes. Read the confirmation to see what it covers, and address the original sender separately when needed. Neither route establishes that every historical customer export was recalled.

Can my agent submit the AeroLeads form?

An agent can help read the form and prepare a draft, but it should pause for CAPTCHA, identity or email checks and ask for explicit authorization before Send or a fallback email. Copying these instructions does not authorize an external action.

Review and change history

A content review or directory snapshot is reference history. A historical route observation does not establish submission, provider acceptance or removal, and does not establish a current working route. Current independent evidence has its own scope and expiry.

  1. · Historical route observation: unreachable. This describes only the page observed on that date; later steps and today's availability were not established by that observation.

  2. · Editorial review of AeroLeads' official privacy page and unfilled contact form on October 22, 2026; no personal fields were entered, no CAPTCHA was completed, and no submission, receipt or removal was verified. This is the recorded review baseline; no earlier editorial change log is available.

  3. · Expanded the directory entry with the observed Data removal request category rather than the default Sales selection. Documented required Name, Email, Category and Message, optional Phone and Subject, the visible CAPTCHA and the published email fallback. No fields were entered or request submitted.
