How to request a BrooksIM data opt-out or deletion

Brooks Integrated Marketing describes itself as a registered data broker that supplies marketing services. Its privacy form supports a data-broker opt-out, deletion, or access request. A form request is not complete until you use the emailed confirmation link.

Work through this with your agent

Give your agent the published steps, sources and read-only tools. It should check the current official process and ask before taking action.

Copies public guidance only. You still approve any request your agent submits.

Using BrooksIM's published route

These instructions describe the provider's published process. They do not submit a request or confirm an outcome.

  1. 01

    Choose the request you mean

The privacy form and policy describe access, deletion, and opt-out rights. Choose the one that matches your goal; the site's separate marketing-email unsubscribe instructions concern messages from BrooksIM.

  2. 02

    Use BrooksIM's privacy form

Open the official form and provide only the matching information it asks for. BrooksIM also lists privacy@brooksim.com and phone 800-531-2601 ext. 998 as alternatives. Do not send a bulk request; the site's API is for third parties.

  3. 03

    Complete the email confirmation

BrooksIM says the form sends a confirmation link to the email address entered. It says to click that link within one hour. The confirmation step is not proof that the request was fulfilled.

  4. 04

Keep the response and recheck the same scope

Save any receipt or response. Check the same BrooksIM data or listing after the response; the policy says requests can be limited or denied where law permits or requires it.

What this request covers

This request addresses information BrooksIM or its data partners hold for the request type selected. It does not establish that clients, other data companies, or separate marketing-email lists changed. BrooksIM's policy states some requests may be limited or denied.

Troubleshooting

The confirmation email has not arrived

Check the address entered and spam folder. If the message is unavailable, use the published privacy email or phone route; do not treat the unconfirmed form as a completed request.

The form link expired

BrooksIM says its confirmation link should be clicked within one hour. Return to the official form and follow its current instructions.

You meant to stop a BrooksIM email campaign

Use the unsubscribe procedure in that message. BrooksIM describes marketing-email unsubscribe separately from data access, deletion, or sale opt-out requests.

Common questions

Before you send a request

Does submitting the BrooksIM form mean my data was removed?

No. BrooksIM requires an email confirmation link for its form, and a submitted or confirmed request is still different from a provider response or an independent check.

Is a BrooksIM database request the same as unsubscribing from email?

No. The privacy form handles access, deletion, or opt-out requests. The policy separately directs recipients of BrooksIM marketing email to use that message's unsubscribe process.

Review and change history

A content review or directory snapshot is reference history. A historical route observation does not establish submission, provider acceptance or removal, and does not establish a current working route. Current independent evidence has its own scope and expiry.

  1. · Historical route observation: reachable (HTTP 200). This describes only the page observed on that date; later steps and today's availability were not established by that observation.

  2. · Reviewed BrooksIM's current privacy form and July 2026 privacy policy. The page's form and published instructions were read; no identifiers were entered, and no request, email, call, confirmation, or removal outcome was made or verified. This is the recorded review baseline; no earlier editorial change log is available.

Read current independent route evidence. That record reports its own scope, date, expiry and any gaps; this history does not renew verification.
