Subject: Opt-out / data removal request -- Public Data Check
Please remove my listing from Public Data Check (publicdatacheck.com). I am the person named in the listing. Please confirm once my information has been removed and let me know if you need anything else from me to process this request. Thank you.
Who runs Public Data Check, and which sites one request covers
Public Data Check (publicdatacheck.com) handles its own removal requests. We have not found sister sites that share its opt-out, so a request here covers publicdatacheck.com only. It is listed as a people search site in our Extended coverage tier.
Common Public Data Check failure states
- The confirmation email never arrives -- check spam before resubmitting.
- The form rejects the submission without a clear reason; use a normal browser and follow the official site's troubleshooting before changing privacy settings.
- The listing reappears weeks or months later after the site refreshes its data.
Realistic scope
This guide explains how to request the action Public Data Check publishes for its own site. Reading the guide or sending a request does not establish completed removal. Other sites and original public records are separate; recheck the specific publicdatacheck.com page after the site's response and if the information appears again.
Not yet a filed-for-you target

Public Data Check opt-out FAQ
What is the publicdatacheck.com opt-out removal process?
Public Data Check publishes an opt-out form and a privacy email (support@publicdatacheck.com). Submit the form with the details on your listing, then confirm any verification email it sends. We loaded the opt-out page on publicdatacheck.com on October 5, 2026 and it was up. The first screen asked for: Request Type*, First Name*, Last Name*, City*. The page includes a Cloudflare Turnstile check.
Is the Public Data Check opt-out free?
Yes. Public Data Check's own removal route costs nothing. You never need to pay Public Data Check or a third party to submit it.
How long does Public Data Check take to remove a listing?
Public Data Check does not publish a firm timeline. Re-check your listing a few days after you confirm the request, and again after two weeks; if it is still up, resubmit or email the site's privacy contact.
Will my Public Data Check listing come back?
It can. Public Data Check and similar sites refresh their data from public records and commercial feeds, so a removed listing can reappear. Re-check every few months and file again if it does.

Open guideReview and change history
A content review or directory snapshot is reference history. A historical route observation does not establish submission, provider acceptance or removal, and does not establish a current working route. Current independent evidence has its own scope and expiry.
· Directory source snapshot for the published privacy route. This is an inventory date; a hands-on editorial review or form submission is not recorded by this baseline.
· Historical route observation: reachable (HTTP 200). This describes only the page observed on that date; later steps and today's availability were not established by that observation.
Read current independent route evidence. That record reports its own scope, date, expiry and any gaps; this history does not renew verification.
