SearchUSAPeople opt out: how to request removal
Open SearchUSAPeople's data-removal page at searchusapeople.com/data-removal-request/. When we loaded it on October 5, 2026, it was reachable without a CAPTCHA and showed first name, last name, optional city and state fields. The page hands actual removal to InfoTracer and requires identity confirmation. Submit the intake, then follow InfoTracer's route: privacy@infotracer.com is the primary request path with a stated 45-day turnaround. Do not treat the SearchUSAPeople form as a removal receipt.

Remove yourself from SearchUSAPeople
7 steps. Use the official site in a normal browser and follow its current instructions if a human check fails.
- 01
Find and save your SearchUSAPeople result
Search for your name and location on SearchUSAPeople and save the result URL if one is available. Note the city, state and other details that identify you. The removal page does not require a profile URL according to the live visit, but the URL is useful evidence for the InfoTracer follow-up.
- 02
Open the data-removal request page
Go to searchusapeople.com/data-removal-request/ and confirm that the page is on the SearchUSAPeople domain. This is an InfoTracer handoff. The October check reached the page without a CAPTCHA, so a working intake page is not the same thing as a completed provider request.
- 03
Enter the intake details
The page shows First Name, Last Name, City (Optional) and State fields with a submit control. Enter your own information and use the same location that helped you identify the record. Do not submit another person's details to force a match.
- 04
Follow the InfoTracer handoff
Submit the SearchUSAPeople intake and read the next instructions carefully. Actual removal is handled by InfoTracer and identity confirmation is required. Save any resulting redirect or instruction page yourself and do not assume the handoff has been accepted.
- 05
Complete the InfoTracer suppression request
Use privacy@infotracer.com as the primary family route, or use members.infotracer.com/removeMyData as the secondary portal if the current instructions direct you there. Include your name, city and state, email and listing URL. The portal may use a custom slide-to-verify check; completing it is access, not proof of acceptance.
- 06
Confirm your identity and keep evidence
The live SearchUSAPeople instructions require identity confirmation. Follow only the current provider instructions for what proof is needed, and send the minimum requested information. Keep your email, any verification message, the intake details, URLs and any InfoTracer confirmation.
- 07
Wait 45 days and recheck the family
The InfoTracer family note gives a 45-day turnaround for the primary privacy-email route. After that window, search SearchUSAPeople and the covered family domains again. If a result remains, follow up with the original evidence and ask InfoTracer whether another identifier or report selection is needed.
What the SearchUSAPeople opt-out page looked like when we checked
We loaded the opt-out page on searchusapeople.com on October 5, 2026 and it was up. The first screen asked for: First Name:, Last Name:, City (Optional), State.
This is a dated record of what our browser saw, not a removal. We never submit requests from this page.

What is SearchUSAPeople?
SearchUSAPeople is a people-search site for information about people in the United States. It gathers personal data from public records, social-media profiles, online directories and other publicly available sources. A result may connect a person's name and location with address, contact or other public-record information.
The site does not appear to complete the suppression itself. Its data-removal page hands the request to InfoTracer, the operator family. The SearchUSAPeople page is therefore an intake and direction step. Identity confirmation is required, and the actual suppression should be handled through the InfoTracer process. Removing a broker's display does not change the underlying state or public record and does not control unrelated people-search sites.
What a SearchUSAPeople listing can show
- Full name
- City and state matches
- Address information
- Phone and contact information
- Relatives or associated people
- Public-record details
- Information gathered from public online sources
Who runs SearchUSAPeople, and which sites one request covers
SearchUSAPeople is part of the InfoTracer family and its removal flow hands off to InfoTracer. It is an InfoTracer and Intelius affiliate. The primary family contact is privacy@infotracer.com, with members.infotracer.com/removeMyData as a secondary portal. One route covers the listed white-label sites.
Same request also covers: affordablebackgroundchecks.com, alabamaarrests.org, alaskaarrests.org, arizonaarrests.org, arkansasarrests.org, coloradoarrests.org, ctarrests.org, dewarrants.org, flarrests.org, georgiaarrests.org, govwarrantsearch.org, hawaiiarrests.org, idahoarrests.org, illinoisarrests.org, indianaarrests.org, infotracer.com, iowaarrests.org, kansasarrests.org, kentuckyarrests.org, louisianaarrests.org, mainearrests.org, marylandarrests.org, maarrests.org, michiganarrests.org, minnesotaarrests.org, msarrests.org, missouriarrests.org, montanaarrests.org, nebraskaarrests.org, nharrests.org, njarrests.org, nmarrests.org, nyarrests.org, ncarrests.org, ndarrests.org, ohioarrests.org, oklahomaarrests.org, oregonarrest.org, pennsylvaniaarrests.org, riarrests.org
What is the searchusapeople.com opt-out removal process?
SearchUSAPeople provides an intake page and hands the actual request to InfoTracer. When we checked it on October 5, 2026, the page was reachable without a CAPTCHA and displayed first name, last name, optional city and state fields plus submit. Use those fields to start the handoff, then complete InfoTracer's privacy-email or member-portal process. A 45-day turnaround is stated for the primary email route.
How long it takes
SearchUSAPeople does not publish a processing time. The InfoTracer family states 45 days for the primary privacy-email route. Treat that as the stated handling window, not proof that every page has updated. Keep the intake and identity-confirmation evidence, then recheck SearchUSAPeople and the covered family sites after 45 days.
SearchUSAPeople opt-out problems and fixes
The SearchUSAPeople page looks like a form but does not remove the result
That is expected: the page is an intake and hands actual removal to InfoTracer. Complete the intake, follow the handoff and finish the InfoTracer privacy-email or portal process. A successful submit on SearchUSAPeople is not a provider removal receipt.
The page asks for city and state but not a profile URL
The page does not require a profile URL. Enter accurate identifying information and keep the listing URL separately if you have one for the InfoTracer follow-up.
I am asked to confirm my identity
Identity confirmation is part of the observed SearchUSAPeople handoff. Read the current InfoTracer instructions and provide only the minimum proof they request. If the page does not explain what to send, use privacy@infotracer.com to ask for the current procedure before transmitting sensitive documents.
The InfoTracer slider will not clear
Use a normal browser with scripts enabled and try a fresh session. Complete the custom slide-to-verify check only on the official members.infotracer.com portal. If it remains unavailable, use the primary privacy email and keep a record of the failed portal attempt.
My result is still visible after 45 days
Search the original URL and the covered family sites, then compare the identifiers in your InfoTracer request. Follow up at privacy@infotracer.com with the submission date, name, city, state and listing URL. Ask whether the record needs another selection or identifier.
The underlying public record is still online
The InfoTracer-family request targets the broker's display and suppression records. It does not change state or local public records, court files or other source systems. Contact the relevant source office separately if a public record itself needs correction.

Subject: Request to opt out of my SearchUSAPeople record
Hello,\n\nUnder applicable state privacy laws, including the CCPA where it applies, I request that InfoTracer delete the personal information associated with my SearchUSAPeople record and opt me out of the sale or sharing of my personal information.\n\nName: [Full name]\nEmail: [Email]\nLocation: [City, State]\nListing URL: [Listing URL]\n\nPlease confirm by email when you have processed this request, or tell me how to complete any required identity-confirmation step.\n\nThank you.
After you opt out of SearchUSAPeople
Keep the SearchUSAPeople intake evidence, identity-confirmation record and InfoTracer response together. People-search data can be refreshed from public sources, so recheck after a move, name change or new public record. Search the covered family domains and handle unrelated brokers separately. My Privacy Agent can organize eligible re-checks, but InfoTracer controls its own suppression response and timing.
Realistic scope
This guide explains how to request the action SearchUSAPeople publishes for its own site. Reading the guide or sending a request does not establish completed removal. Other sites and original public records are separate; recheck the specific searchusapeople.com page after the site's response and if the information appears again.
Not yet a filed-for-you target
This page documents SearchUSAPeople's published privacy route. My Privacy Agent Patrol does not file this site automatically yet. An exposure check uses configured sources and does not confirm that this specific site is included.
SearchUSAPeople opt-out FAQ
Is SearchUSAPeople a legitimate people-search site?
SearchUSAPeople is an operating people-search site with a data-removal page, but its own observed flow hands removal to InfoTracer. Use the official SearchUSAPeople page and the InfoTracer route it identifies, confirm each domain before entering information and save the provider's response. Do not treat the intake page alone as proof of removal.
How do I remove myself from SearchUSAPeople?
Open searchusapeople.com/data-removal-request/, enter your name and state plus the optional city, and follow the InfoTracer handoff. Complete the required identity confirmation, then use privacy@infotracer.com or the current InfoTracer portal instructions. Allow the stated 45-day family window.
Does SearchUSAPeople remove my information directly?
The live visit says the page hands actual removal to InfoTracer. SearchUSAPeople's intake is a direction or handoff step, not proof that InfoTracer accepted or suppressed the record. Keep evidence from both stages.
What information does the SearchUSAPeople opt-out form ask for?
The form displays First Name, Last Name, City (Optional) and State fields. A profile URL, account, phone or SMS are not required. The provider may still require identity confirmation after the handoff.
How long does the SearchUSAPeople opt-out take?
SearchUSAPeople does not publish a processing time. The InfoTracer family states 45 days for the primary privacy-email route. Recheck after that period and follow up with your original evidence if the result remains.
Why does SearchUSAPeople require identity confirmation?
The observed data-removal instructions state that identity confirmation is required before the third-party InfoTracer process can handle the request. Follow the current instructions and provide only the minimum proof requested. Ask InfoTracer for the procedure if the page is unclear.
Does removing SearchUSAPeople remove the public record too?
No. The request targets the SearchUSAPeople and InfoTracer-family displays. It does not change a state or local record, court file or other source system, and unrelated brokers may retain separate copies.

Review and change history
A content review or directory snapshot is reference history. A historical route observation does not establish submission, provider acceptance or removal, and does not establish a current working route. Current independent evidence has its own scope and expiry.
· Guide content reviewed against the published sources. This is the recorded review baseline; no earlier editorial change log is available.
· Historical route observation: reachable (HTTP 200). This describes only the page observed on that date; later steps and today's availability were not established by that observation.
Read current independent route evidence. That record reports its own scope, date, expiry and any gaps; this history does not renew verification.
