Reading current independent checks… See route evidence
Open Acxiom's consumer opt-out form at isapps.acxiom.com/optout/optout.aspx. When we loaded it on October 5, 2026, it redirected to www.acxiom.com/optout/ and showed no CAPTCHA. Select the marketing channels you want suppressed, enter your name and address plus the email addresses and phone numbers you want matched, then confirm any verification email. Allow about 30 days, and repeat the request for old identifiers.

Work through this with your agent
Give your agent the published steps, sources and read-only tools. It should check the current official process and ask before taking action.
Copies public guidance only. You still approve any request your agent submits.

Check if you are listed on Acxiom
Acxiom does not expose a stable public search URL we can prefill, so find your listing directly: open acxiom.com, search your full name plus your state (and previous states), and copy the URL of the record that is you. The opt-out form usually asks for that URL or the same name and location.
What Acxiom typically shows
- Demographic characteristics
- Household composition
- Purchase behavior
- Marketing segments
- Home and mailing addresses
- Online registrations and purchase-history data
An exposure report can help organize candidate listings before you work through the site's official steps.
Remove yourself from Acxiom
7 steps. Use the official site in a normal browser and follow its current instructions if a human check fails.
- 01
Decide which Acxiom data you want suppressed
Acxiom's form covers marketing products rather than a public profile. Decide whether you want mail, email, phone and online marketing data suppressed, or only some of those categories. This request does not control data already bought by Acxiom clients and does not remove information from a credit file or public record.
- 02
Open the official Acxiom opt-out page
Start at isapps.acxiom.com/optout/optout.aspx. When we loaded it on October 5, 2026, it redirected to www.acxiom.com/optout/ and displayed the title \"Opt Out Requests - Acxiom.\" Confirm the destination before entering personal information. The route was reachable and showed no CAPTCHA in our check.
- 03
Choose the marketing channels
Select the opt-out types offered by the form. The documented options include mail, email, phone and online marketing data. Choose every category you want covered. If Acxiom presents separate controls, read the labels rather than assuming one selection applies to every marketing product.
- 04
Enter your name and address
Provide the name and address that Acxiom may have in its marketing records. Use your current address and include previous addresses when the form allows it. The suppression is identifier-based, so Acxiom does not search for every historical address or profile on your behalf.
- 05
Add email addresses and phone numbers
List each email address and phone number you want suppressed, including older identifiers that may still be used in a marketing list. Enter only your own information. A new phone number or email address is not covered by an earlier request unless you submit it as an additional identifier.
- 06
Submit the form and verify by email
Review the selected channels and every identifier before submitting. Acxiom may send a verification email; open it and complete the confirmation step. We did not submit a request and cannot provide a confirmation page. Save the submission email or other confirmation because there may be no page to re-check after verification.
- 07
Wait, then review downstream marketing
Acxiom documents a turnaround of about 30 days for suppression to reach downstream products. After that period, watch for new marketing tied to the identifiers you submitted. If you moved, changed your name or got a new phone number, repeat the request with those identifiers.
What the Acxiom opt-out page looked like when we checked
We loaded the opt-out page on acxiom.com on October 5, 2026 and it was up.
This is a dated record of what our browser saw, not a removal. We never submit requests from this page.

What is Acxiom?
Acxiom is a marketing-data broker, not a public people-search site. Its records are used to build audience and household profiles for marketing. The information associated with a person can include demographic characteristics, household composition, purchase behavior, marketing segments, home addresses, purchase histories and online-registration data.
Businesses use this type of data to decide who may receive a marketing message, offer or advertisement. You may not have a public Acxiom profile that you can search and inspect. The opt-out works by suppressing the identifiers you provide from Acxiom's marketing products. It does not control copies already bought by clients, and it does not remove information from public records or other data brokers.
What a Acxiom listing can show
- Demographic characteristics
- Household composition
- Purchase behavior
- Marketing segments
- Home and mailing addresses
- Online registrations and purchase-history data
Who runs Acxiom, and which sites one request covers
Acxiom operates the Acxiom marketing-data service. Documentation identifies Acxiom as part of IPG, while the directory entry does not list a separate parent for this opt-out route. The form is hosted on Acxiom's own isapps.acxiom.com subdomain and redirects to www.acxiom.com/optout/. We found no published sister sites covered by one Acxiom request. Related marketing databases such as LiveRamp, Epsilon and Experian Marketing Services need their own opt-outs.
What is the acxiom.com opt-out removal process?
The process is an identifier-based marketing suppression form. The legacy URL isapps.acxiom.com/optout/optout.aspx redirected to www.acxiom.com/optout/ when we loaded it on October 5, 2026. The site showed an Acxiom opt-out page with no CAPTCHA, but no form fields were fully exposed during that check. The documented flow asks you to choose mail, email, phone and online marketing options, enter the identifiers you want suppressed, submit the form and confirm any verification email. Allow about 30 days.
How long it takes
Acxiom's documented turnaround is about 30 days. That is the time allowed for suppression to reach downstream products, not proof that every client has updated its own records. Keep the verification email and the identifiers you submitted. After 30 days, review mail, calls, email and online marketing separately. Submit a new request for any previous address, old email address or new phone number not included in your first request.
Acxiom opt-out problems and fixes
The old Acxiom URL redirects somewhere else
The redirect was part of the route we observed on October 5, 2026. Confirm that the destination is www.acxiom.com/optout/ and that the page is titled \"Opt Out Requests - Acxiom.\" Do not enter information on an unrelated page or pay a third party to submit the request.
I cannot find a public Acxiom profile
Acxiom is a marketing-data broker rather than a public people-search site, so there may be no profile page to inspect. Use the official form and provide the name, address history, email addresses and phone numbers you want matched and suppressed.
I received no verification email
Check spam, promotions and filtering rules, then confirm that the email address was entered correctly. If the form permits it, resubmit the request with the same identifiers and keep a record of the attempt. Do not treat a form submission without verification as a completed opt-out.
I want to suppress an old address or email
Submit the old identifier explicitly. Acxiom does not search for you; suppression is identifier-based. Include previous addresses and old email addresses in the same request when the form allows them, or make a follow-up request.
Marketing continues after about 30 days
Check whether the message is tied to an identifier you submitted and whether it came from Acxiom or a separate organisation. Keep your verification email, then resubmit the missing identifier. Acxiom's opt-out does not control data already bought by clients or other marketing databases.
I expected this to remove data from every broker
One Acxiom request covers Acxiom's marketing products only. Related marketing databases such as LiveRamp, Epsilon and Experian Marketing Services need separate opt-outs. Use each service's own official opt-out route and keep separate confirmations.

Subject: Request to opt out of Acxiom marketing data
Hello,\n\nUnder applicable state privacy laws, including the CCPA where it applies, I request that Acxiom delete the personal information it holds about me for marketing purposes and opt me out of the sale or sharing of my personal information.\n\nName: [Full name]\nEmail: [Email]\nLocation: [City, State]\nListing URL: [Listing URL]\n\nPlease confirm by email when you have processed this request.\n\nThank you.
After you opt out of Acxiom
Keep the verification email, the date you submitted and the exact identifiers included. Marketing lists are refreshed, and new identifiers are not covered until you submit them. Review the result after a move, name change, new phone number or new email address. You may also need separate requests for LiveRamp, Epsilon, Experian Marketing Services and other brokers. My Privacy Agent can help organize eligible re-checks, but Acxiom controls its own suppression records and downstream timing.
Who does what for Acxiom
The honest split, so nothing here reads as a promise we cannot keep.
What we handle
- Organizing candidate findings from the sources configured for your exposure check; coverage varies by source.
- Providing this guide's free instructions and published privacy link.
What you must do
- Submit and track the Acxiom request yourself; it is not one of our removal targets today.
- Open the confirmation email and click the link -- the request is not filed until you do.
- Re-check acxiom.com after Acxiom's documented turnaround is about 30 days. That is the time allowed for suppression to reach downstream products, not proof that every client has updated its own records. Keep the verification email and the identifiers you submitted. After 30 days, review mail, calls, email and online marketing separately. Submit a new request for any previous address, old email address or new phone number not included in your first request. and repeat the process if the listing returns.
Realistic scope
This guide walks you through removing this one Acxiom listing yourself; we do not automate it today. It does not touch Acxiom's other data products, other brokers that buy data from Acxiom, or the public records the listing was built from -- those need their own opt-outs. Most people-search sites re-ingest data on their own schedule, so plan on re-checking acxiom.com every few months even after a successful removal.
Acxiom is not one of My Privacy Agent's removal targets yet.
We do not file Acxiom requests today, so the steps above are the whole job. The free scan still shows the people-search and broker listings we can see for your details, and the paid product files the sites it supports; we will not claim to cover Acxiom until we actually do.
Current service availability and terms are listed on the pricing page. Nothing is marked removed before a provider or native action succeeds.
Acxiom opt-out FAQ
Is Acxiom a legitimate data broker, and is its opt-out safe?
Acxiom is a real marketing-data company, and the official opt-out route is hosted on an Acxiom subdomain before redirecting to acxiom.com. It is safe to use the official form when you confirm the destination and submit only your own identifiers. Do not pay a third party or send identity documents unless the official form specifically requests them.
How do I opt out of Acxiom marketing data?
Open isapps.acxiom.com/optout/optout.aspx, follow the redirect to Acxiom's opt-out page, select the marketing channels you want suppressed and enter your name, addresses, email addresses and phone numbers. Submit the form and confirm any verification email. Allow about 30 days.
What information does Acxiom have about me?
Acxiom holds demographic, household, purchase-behavior and marketing-segment data, along with home addresses, purchase histories and online-registration information. The exact record differs by person and is not necessarily visible as a public profile.
How long does the Acxiom opt-out take?
The documented turnaround is about 30 days for suppression to reach downstream products. Keep the verification email, then check marketing activity after that period. Submit a separate request for identifiers that were missing from the first submission.
Do I need to opt out of Acxiom for every email and phone number?
The documented flow is identifier-based. Include every email address and phone number you want suppressed, plus current and previous addresses when the form allows them. A new identifier is not covered just because an older one was submitted.
Does an Acxiom opt-out remove data its clients already bought?
No. Data already sold to Acxiom clients is not recalled. The request controls Acxiom's marketing products and later suppression, while clients and other brokers may retain their own copies.
Does Acxiom opt-out remove me from LiveRamp or Epsilon?
No. LiveRamp, Epsilon and Experian Marketing Services are related marketing-data services, but each needs its own request unless its official instructions indicate otherwise.
Does My Privacy Agent remove me from Acxiom automatically?
We do not file Acxiom requests today, so the steps above are the whole job. The free scan still shows the people-search and broker listings we can see for your details, and the paid product files the sites it supports; we will not claim to cover Acxiom until we actually do.

Review and change history
A content review or directory snapshot is reference history. A historical route observation does not establish submission, provider acceptance or removal, and does not establish a current working route. Current independent evidence has its own scope and expiry.
· Guide content reviewed against the published sources. This is the recorded review baseline; no earlier editorial change log is available.
· Historical route observation: reachable (HTTP 200). This describes only the page observed on that date; later steps and today's availability were not established by that observation.
Read current independent route evidence. That record reports its own scope, date, expiry and any gaps; this history does not renew verification.
