How to remove yourself from Epsilon (2026 opt-out guide)
Guide content reviewed 2026-10-05
Reading current independent checks… See route evidence
Choose the request that matches your goal. To stop Epsilon marketing communications, use the Epsilon Preference Center, enter your email and country, and select the marketing opt-out option. For a state-privacy deletion request, use Epsilon's Consumer Privacy Rights form or email privacy@epsilon.com. When we loaded the preference center on October 5, 2026, it was reachable and showed no CAPTCHA. Allow 30 to 45 days for suppression to propagate.

Work through this with your agent
Give your agent the published steps, sources and read-only tools. It should check the current official process and ask before taking action.

Check if you are listed on Epsilon
Epsilon does not expose a stable public search URL we can prefill, so find your listing directly: open epsilon.com, search your full name plus your state (and previous states), and copy the URL of the record that is you. The opt-out form usually asks for that URL or the same name and location.
What Epsilon typically shows
- Name, mailing address and email address
- Phone numbers and other contact identifiers
- Purchase history
- Demographic characteristics
- Marketing segments and audience labels
- Web-page visits and other observed activity
An exposure report can help organize candidate listings before you work through the site's official steps.
Remove yourself from Epsilon
9 steps. Use the official site in a normal browser and follow its current instructions if a human check fails.
- 01
Decide which request you need
Use the Preference Center if your immediate goal is to stop Epsilon marketing emails or other Epsilon communications. Use the Consumer Privacy Rights form if you want to make a deletion, access, correction or state-law sale or sharing request. Read the choices carefully: marketing suppression changes communications, while a privacy-rights request concerns Epsilon's handling of your personal information.
- 02
Open the Epsilon Preference Center
For marketing suppression, open Epsilon's Preference Center. Confirm the page belongs to Epsilon before entering information. When we loaded it on October 5, 2026, the page was reachable and showed fields for Email address and Country, plus communication options. It did not require an Epsilon account in the route we observed.
- 03
Choose the marketing opt-out option
Enter the email address that receives Epsilon messages and select your country. Under Communication options, choose "Please opt me out from all Epsilon marketing communications." Do not select the option that agrees to receive Epsilon marketing if your goal is suppression. Review the privacy-consent text and any current instructions before submitting.
- 04
Submit the preference request
Submit the Preference Center form and save any confirmation shown. Our check on October 5, 2026 reported no CAPTCHA, but the page can change. If Epsilon sends a confirmation email, complete that step and keep the message. A successful preference update concerns Epsilon communications; it does not prove that client-held marketing data was deleted.
- 05
Open the Consumer Privacy Rights form for deletion
If you want Epsilon to handle a deletion or other state privacy right, use the Consumer Privacy Rights form at legal.epsilon.com/dsr/. Read the request-type choices and select the one that matches your request. Epsilon may ask for identity verification or additional details before acting. Do not treat the marketing checkbox as a deletion request.
- 06
Identify older records and addresses
Epsilon's existing guide record says the suppression is identifier-based. Include the current and older email addresses, phone numbers and mailing addresses that may be tied to your record when the form or privacy team asks for them. Use only information needed to match you, and do not add unrelated family members or other consumers.
- 07
Use the privacy email when needed
If the web form is unavailable or you prefer a written route, email privacy@epsilon.com. State whether you want marketing suppression, deletion, or both. Include your full name, city and state, the email address to use for correspondence and any listing URL you have. Ask Epsilon to confirm which request it received.
- 08
Save the confirmation and wait for the stated window
Keep the submitted form, confirmation number and email thread. The existing guide record says to allow 30 to 45 days for suppression to propagate. That is an operational estimate, not a promise. If the privacy team gives a different legal response window, follow that notice and keep it with your records.
- 09
Check the right outcome
There is no public Epsilon profile to search like a people-search listing. For a marketing opt-out, watch whether Epsilon communications stop after the processing window. For a deletion request, rely on Epsilon's written response and ask what data or client-held copies are outside its control. If messages continue, follow up with the original confirmation.
What the Epsilon opt-out page looked like when we checked
We loaded the opt-out page on explore.epsilon.com on October 5, 2026 and it was up. The first screen asked for: Email address*, Country*, I agree to receiving marketing communications from Epsilon, Please opt me out from all Epsilon marketing communications.
This is a dated record of what our browser saw, not a removal. We never submit requests from this page.

What is Epsilon?
Epsilon is a marketing-data and advertising company, not a public people-search directory. It compiles consumer information and marketing segments for brands and provides personalized online and offline advertising services. The data may include identifiable details such as name, address, phone number and email, along with inferred or observed information such as web visits, purchase history and demographic characteristics.
Epsilon provides marketing services and licenses consumer data to clients. That means two different actions matter. A marketing opt-out tells Epsilon to stop sending its own marketing communications to the chosen address. A state-privacy request asks Epsilon to handle rights such as deletion or an opt-out from sale or sharing, subject to applicable law. Neither action is a public-profile removal, and clients that already licensed data may retain their own copy.
What a Epsilon listing can show
- Name, mailing address and email address
- Phone numbers and other contact identifiers
- Purchase history
- Demographic characteristics
- Marketing segments and audience labels
- Web-page visits and other observed activity
Who runs Epsilon, and which sites one request covers
The current legal pages identify Epsilon Data Management, LLC, part of Publicis, with privacy@epsilon.com as the privacy contact. Epsilon serves brands through marketing, advertising and consumer-data services. No sister sites or domains are covered by one Epsilon request, so handle other marketing databases separately.
What is the epsilon.com opt-out removal process?
Epsilon has two related but different routes. The Preference Center handles marketing communications and, when we loaded it on October 5, 2026, showed Email address, Country and a communication option labeled \"Please opt me out from all Epsilon marketing communications.\" The separate Consumer Privacy Rights page at legal.epsilon.com/dsr/ is for privacy-rights requests such as deletion. The preference-center route was reachable without a reported CAPTCHA. Choose the correct route, submit only the identifiers needed to match you, save the confirmation and remember that a marketing suppression is not the same as deletion.
How long it takes
Allow 30 to 45 days for marketing suppression to propagate. The current Preference Center does not display a different public timeline in the route we loaded on October 5, 2026. A state-privacy request may have a separate response window under the law that applies to you. Save the confirmation, wait for the stated window and follow up with privacy@epsilon.com if Epsilon communications continue or the privacy response does not address your request.
Epsilon opt-out problems and fixes
I selected the wrong communication option
Return to the Preference Center and check that "Please opt me out from all Epsilon marketing communications" is selected, not the marketing opt-in. Submit the corrected preference and save its confirmation. If you also want deletion, make a separate Consumer Privacy Rights request.
The Preference Center does not recognize my email
Try an older email address that may be connected to Epsilon's record, if you control it. The suppression is identifier-based. If the form still fails, email privacy@epsilon.com with the addresses you want associated with the request and ask for manual guidance.
I want deletion, but I only submitted the marketing opt-out
Submit a separate request through the Consumer Privacy Rights form and state that you are requesting deletion under applicable state privacy law. A marketing opt-out changes communications and does not by itself establish that Epsilon deleted its data or stopped client access.
Epsilon emails continue after the processing window
Check which address received the message and whether it is an Epsilon communication or a message from a client that already licensed data. Follow up with privacy@epsilon.com using your confirmation and the message date. Ask whether the request covered that address and channel.
The form asks for older addresses or other identifiers
Provide the historical identifiers that belong to you and are relevant to matching the record. The suppression is identifier-based. Do not submit information about another person, and do not send more sensitive material than the form or privacy team needs.
The DSR page or form is unavailable
Save the error and use privacy@epsilon.com to describe the request. The official legal page also publishes a US consumer phone route, but email leaves a written record. Ask the privacy team for the current secure submission method before sending sensitive information.
Send this to privacy@epsilon.com
Subject: Privacy deletion and marketing opt-out request
Hello, Under applicable state privacy laws, including the CCPA where it applies, I request that Epsilon delete the personal information it holds about me and opt me out of the sale or sharing of my personal information. Please also stop sending Epsilon marketing communications to the address below. Name: [Full name] Email: [Email] Location: [City, State] Listing URL: [Listing URL] Please confirm by email which requests you received, whether you need additional information to verify my identity, and when the requests have been processed. Thank you.
After you opt out of Epsilon
Keep the Preference Center confirmation and any privacy-rights response. Marketing suppression is different from deletion, and clients that already licensed Epsilon data may keep their own copy. Re-check the email addresses, phone numbers and mailing addresses you used if marketing continues, then follow up with the privacy team. My Privacy Agent can help organize recurring checks, but it cannot change data held by Epsilon clients or other marketing databases.

What we handle
- Organizing candidate findings from the sources configured for your exposure check; coverage varies by source.
- Providing this guide's free instructions and published privacy link.
What you must do
- Submit and track the Epsilon request yourself; it is not one of our removal targets today.
- Re-check epsilon.com after Allow 30 to 45 days for marketing suppression to propagate. The current Preference Center does not display a different public timeline in the route we loaded on October 5, 2026. A state-privacy request may have a separate response window under the law that applies to you. Save the confirmation, wait for the stated window and follow up with privacy@epsilon.com if Epsilon communications continue or the privacy response does not address your request. and repeat the process if the listing returns.
Realistic scope
This guide walks you through removing this one Epsilon listing yourself; we do not automate it today. It does not touch Epsilon's other data products, other brokers that buy data from Epsilon, or the public records the listing was built from -- those need their own opt-outs. Most people-search sites re-ingest data on their own schedule, so plan on re-checking epsilon.com every few months even after a successful removal.
Epsilon is not one of My Privacy Agent's removal targets yet.
We do not file Epsilon requests today, so the steps above are the whole job. The free scan still shows the people-search and broker listings we can see for your details, and the paid product files the sites it supports; we will not claim to cover Epsilon until we actually do.
Current service availability and terms are listed on the pricing page. Nothing is marked removed before a provider or native action succeeds.
Epsilon opt-out FAQ
Is Epsilon a data broker, and what does its opt-out actually do?
Epsilon is a real marketing-data and advertising company. Its Preference Center is the official route for stopping Epsilon marketing communications, while its Consumer Privacy Rights form is the route for a deletion or other state-privacy request. Neither route is a public people-search removal, and Epsilon's clients may have already licensed data that Epsilon cannot change through a communication preference.
How do I opt out of Epsilon marketing emails?
Open the Epsilon Preference Center, enter your email address and country, and select "Please opt me out from all Epsilon marketing communications." Submit the form, complete any current confirmation step and save the result. Use the privacy-rights form separately if you want deletion.
How do I request deletion from Epsilon?
Use Epsilon's Consumer Privacy Rights form at legal.epsilon.com/dsr/ or email privacy@epsilon.com. State that you are requesting deletion under applicable state privacy law and provide the identifiers needed to match your record. Epsilon may ask you to verify the request.
How long does the Epsilon opt-out take?
The existing guide record says to allow 30 to 45 days for marketing suppression to propagate. A state-privacy deletion request may have a different legal response window. Save the confirmation and follow up with privacy@epsilon.com if the stated window passes.
Does an Epsilon marketing opt-out delete my data?
No. The Preference Center is for marketing communications. Deletion is a separate state-privacy request, and clients that already licensed Epsilon data may retain their own copy. Ask Epsilon to distinguish what it suppressed from what it deleted.
What information does Epsilon collect about consumers?
Identifiable details such as name, address, phone and email, plus identified or inferred information such as web visits, purchase history, demographics and marketing segments. The exact data depends on the record and the service involved.
Why am I still receiving marketing after opting out of Epsilon?
The request may still be within the 30-to-45-day suppression window, may have covered a different address, or the message may come from a client that already licensed data. Keep the confirmation and ask privacy@epsilon.com to check the address and channel that received the message.
Does an Epsilon opt-out remove me from Acxiom or LiveRamp?
No shared coverage is listed. Acxiom, LiveRamp, Experian Marketing and DMAchoice have their own records and privacy or marketing-preference routes. Submit separate requests and keep each confirmation.
Does My Privacy Agent remove me from Epsilon automatically?
We do not file Epsilon requests today, so the steps above are the whole job. The free scan still shows the people-search and broker listings we can see for your details, and the paid product files the sites it supports; we will not claim to cover Epsilon until we actually do.

Review and change history
A content review or directory snapshot is reference history. A historical route observation does not establish submission, provider acceptance or removal, and does not establish a current working route. Current independent evidence has its own scope and expiry.
· Guide content reviewed against the published sources. This is the recorded review baseline; no earlier editorial change log is available.
· Historical route observation: reachable (HTTP 200). This describes only the page observed on that date; later steps and today's availability were not established by that observation.
Read current independent route evidence. That record reports its own scope, date, expiry and any gaps; this history does not renew verification.
