RocketReach opt-out: how to remove your profile and contact data
The last recorded RocketReach review described a free remove-profile form at rocketreach.co/remove-profile: enter an email address you control and follow the emailed verification link. It also listed privacy@rocketreach.co as a contact if the form fails. These are historical instructions from October 5, 2026; verify the current route and prompts on rocketreach.co before entering information.

Remove yourself from RocketReach
6 steps. Use the official site in a normal browser and follow its current instructions if a human check fails.
- 01
Find the profile that belongs to you
Search by your name and employer, compare the result details, and save the profile URL. Do not act on a same-name person’s profile.
- 02
Open the recorded remove-profile route
The last review used rocketreach.co/remove-profile. Confirm the current page is on rocketreach.co and read its instructions before entering anything; the current route was not rechecked.
- 03
Enter an email address you control if the form still asks
The prior review recorded an Email Address field and an emailed verification link. Use an inbox you can access and check the current page’s explanation of how it uses the address.
- 04
Complete the email step yourself
If RocketReach sends a verification link, open it only when it matches the request you initiated and points to RocketReach. The prior review said the link was needed to file the request; a sent message alone is not confirmation that it was completed.
- 05
Keep the request record and check the profile
Save the date, profile URL, and any provider response. Reopen the same page later to see whether its contents changed. Current processing time and acceptance behavior were not rechecked.
- 06
Treat cookie preferences as a separate choice
The previous page review noted a cookie control concerning targeted-ad sharing. If that setting is still present, read its description; it is separate from a profile-removal request.
What the RocketReach opt-out page looked like when we checked
We loaded the opt-out page on rocketreach.co on October 5, 2026 and it was up. The first screen asked for: Email Address (We’ll send a verification link here).
This is a dated record of what our browser saw, not a removal. We never submit requests from this page.

Subject: Opt-out / data removal request -- RocketReach
Please remove my listing from RocketReach (rocketreach.co). I am the person named in the listing. Please confirm once my information has been removed and let me know if you need anything else from me to process this request. Thank you.
What is RocketReach?
RocketReach is a B2B contact-data platform. Sales, recruiting and marketing teams pay to look up professionals and reveal their work and personal email addresses, direct phone numbers, job history and social profiles, often in bulk or through a browser extension that works on top of LinkedIn and company websites.
You do not have to have signed up for anything to be in it. RocketReach says it builds profiles by scanning public web pages, social media, corporate sites and public records, and by buying or exchanging data with people directories, data brokers and business partners. That is why a profile can show a personal cell number or an old email address you never gave to RocketReach directly.
What a RocketReach listing can show
- Full name and current job title
- Current and past employers and work history
- Work and personal email addresses (often partly masked until a customer pays)
- Direct-dial and mobile phone numbers
- City or metro area
- Education and skills
- Links to LinkedIn, X and other social profiles
Who runs RocketReach, and which sites one request covers
RocketReach is operated by RocketReach (RocketReach.co), which lists a US mailing address in Brooklyn, New York and a privacy contact at privacy@rocketreach.co. It is a standalone service rather than one brand in a people-search network, so a RocketReach removal covers RocketReach only. Your profile is usually also on similar B2B databases such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, SignalHire and ContactOut, each of which needs its own request.
What is the rocketreach.co opt-out removal process?
The October 5, 2026 guide review recorded a one-field email form at rocketreach.co/remove-profile, followed by an emailed verification link, and a separate cookie preference for targeted-ad sharing. The current page and fields were not rechecked. If you use the route, verify it is on rocketreach.co, follow the current instructions, and distinguish profile removal from the separate cookie control.
How long it takes
The previous guide reported a mean response time from RocketReach privacy material, but that statement was not revalidated. Check the current provider response and revisit the exact profile; do not use the old figure as a current deadline.
RocketReach opt-out problems and fixes
The current route or form is unavailable
Navigate from RocketReach’s current official site and check its privacy contact there. The old route was not rechecked for this update.
A verification email does not arrive
If the current form still uses email verification, check spam and the address spelling. The old guide listed privacy@rocketreach.co as a fallback; confirm the current contact on RocketReach before sending profile details.
The form asks for information you did not expect
Pause and read the current explanation. The last review recorded an email field only, but the present form was not rechecked; do not provide unrelated sensitive information.
The profile remains visible
Keep its URL and any provider response, then ask RocketReach through a privacy contact currently shown on its official site. Verify the listing again afterward.
My information appears on another contact database
Handle that provider separately. A RocketReach request does not establish that another database changed its own copy.
After you opt out of RocketReach
Keep any verification email and provider response, then revisit the exact RocketReach profile later. The current route and timing were not rechecked, and other contact databases require their own requests.
Realistic scope
This guide explains how to request the action RocketReach publishes for its own site. Reading the guide or sending a request does not establish completed removal. Other sites and original public records are separate; recheck the specific rocketreach.co page after the site's response and if the information appears again.
Not yet a filed-for-you target
This page documents RocketReach's published privacy route. My Privacy Agent Patrol does not file this site automatically yet. An exposure check uses configured sources and does not confirm that this specific site is included.

No. The prior page review described a separate cookie preference for targeted-ad sharing. Check the current page; that preference and a profile-removal request address different controls.

Review and change history
A content review or directory snapshot is reference history. A historical route observation does not establish submission, provider acceptance or removal, and does not establish a current working route. Current independent evidence has its own scope and expiry.
· Guide source access was explicitly blocked for this update. The existing October 5, 2026 review is retained as the last review date; the route, email-verification flow, privacy contact, field requirements, and response-time statement below were not freshly confirmed. No personal fields were entered and no request was submitted. This is the recorded review baseline; no earlier editorial change log is available.
· Historical route observation: reachable (HTTP 200). This describes only the page observed on that date; later steps and today's availability were not established by that observation.
· Clarified that the October 5 RocketReach route, privacy contact, email verification and timing are historical only because source access was blocked for this update. No alternative route was checked, no personal field was entered, and no request was submitted; confirm current official instructions before use.
