Success.ai opt-out: request removal from its B2B contact database
Success.ai's privacy policy directs B2B database removal, objection and sale or sharing opt-out requests to support@success.ai. Read the current policy, then prepare a request identifying the professional contact record you want addressed. Ask for deletion and suppression against re-addition, review the details, and approve sending it. Unsubscribing from one sales campaign is a separate action. This guide reviews the official policy; it does not establish email delivery, request acceptance or removal.

Work through this with your agent
Give your agent the published steps, sources and read-only tools. It should check the current official process and ask before taking action.
Copies public guidance only. You still approve any request your agent submits.

Remove yourself from Success.ai
7 steps. Use the official site in a normal browser and follow its current instructions if a human check fails.
- 01
Identify the professional contact record at issue
Start with the unsolicited outreach or any profile you can already access. Note the name, email address and employer actually involved. Keep a profile URL if you have one, but do not create a paid account simply to file a privacy request. You do not need to gather government identifiers, financial data or unrelated personal history for an initial request.
- 02
Read the official policy and verify the contact address
Open success.ai/privacy-policy and find the database rights and contact sections. The reviewed policy and shorter success.ai/privacy page both publish support@success.ai. On October 22, the first contact link in the full policy had a malformed mailto destination containing a long section of policy text. Type the visibly published address manually in your email client instead of relying on that link, and check the recipient before sending.
- 03
Prepare a deletion and sale or sharing opt-out request
Use the template below as a starting point. Identify the professional record with the minimum matching details and ask Success.ai to delete the B2B database entry it controls, opt you out of sale or sharing, and retain only the minimum suppression identifiers needed to avoid adding it again. Ask whether a customer's uploaded list requires a separate request. Do not attach an identity document proactively.
- 04
Review the message and explicitly approve sending
Check the recipient, request scope and identifying fields yourself. If an agent prepared the draft, explicitly approve the final message before it sends anything; copying this guide is not authorization. Save the sent message and date after you send it. That record establishes what you requested, not broker acceptance or completed deletion.
- 05
Handle any verification request carefully
The policy says identity verification may be required. Check the sender and official domain, ask for the minimum evidence needed, and review any proposed disclosure before responding. A browser agent should hand control back for identity checks, email confirmation, CAPTCHA or payment rather than bypassing the step or uploading documents automatically.
- 06
Save the provider's response and exact scope
Keep the actual reply, including any explanation of deletion, suppression, exceptions or customer-list responsibility. An automated support acknowledgement confirms neither that a person accepted the request nor that the database changed. If the response is ambiguous, ask which record and processing activities were addressed and whether any action remains for you.
- 07
Recheck what you can observe and follow up if needed
After the provider's stated response window, revisit any previously accessible profile and monitor the outreach that prompted the request. A blocked search or inaccessible profile cannot establish removal. If the request is denied, section 9.3 describes an appeal to support@success.ai with Appeal in the subject. Keep the denial and appeal together, and ask the original sender to stop its campaign separately.
What the Success.ai opt-out page looked like when we checked
We loaded the opt-out page on success.ai on October 5, 2026 and it was up. The page includes a Cloudflare Turnstile check.
This is a dated record of what our browser saw, not a removal. We never submit requests from this page.

What is Success.ai?
Success.ai provides business contact data and tools for sales outreach. Its privacy policy describes a B2B database that it compiles and licenses to customers. A person can be represented in that database without having bought or created a Success.ai account. The information at issue can be a name, business email address, employer or other professional contact detail.
That database is different from a customer's own uploaded campaign list. The policy describes Success.ai as a controller for its own contact database and a processor for some information customers upload. If your concern began with an unsolicited sales email, there can therefore be two tasks: ask the sender to stop contacting you and ask Success.ai to address the database record it controls. A campaign unsubscribe does not by itself establish that the broker database entry was deleted.
What a Success.ai listing can show
- Name and professional identity
- Business contact details, including an email address associated with a record
- Job title, employer and company information
- Other professional contact fields described by the current official policy; the exact contents of an individual record are not established by this guide
Who runs Success.ai, and which sites one request covers
The full privacy policy identifies Success AI Holdings Inc. and lists support@success.ai for privacy requests. In the version reviewed on October 22, 2026, the policy displayed an effective or last-updated date of July 20, 2026. These dates describe different things: July 20 is the policy's stated version date, while October 22 is our editorial source review. Neither date proves that a message was delivered or a contact record changed.
A request to Success.ai covers the data and processing within its responsibility. Do not assume that it retracts every contact list previously exported to another company. Ask which database and customer-list contexts its response covers, and contact the original sender separately where needed.
What is the success.ai opt-out removal process?
The documented route is email-first. Sections 6.3 and 9.1 of the reviewed policy direct database objection, removal and sale or sharing opt-out requests to support@success.ai. The shorter privacy page also points to that address for deletion. This was an editorial review of official sources, not a form submission, email-delivery test or completed removal. The full policy mentions an opt-out page, but the inspected footer did not expose a dedicated opt-out link. Do not infer a working form or invent its URL; start with the current policy and verified contact text.
How long it takes
Section 8 of the reviewed policy says Success.ai aims to respond within one month for EEA, UK and Switzerland requests, and may verify identity. That is a policy statement about that regional scope, not a universal removal deadline. Applicable US request timelines vary. Ask the provider to state the response window for your request and follow up using the date you actually sent it; this guide has not measured request completion times.
Success.ai opt-out problems and fixes
The privacy contact link opens a huge or incorrect recipient
The first mailto link in the full policy was malformed during the October 22 editorial review. Type support@success.ai manually after verifying that address in the current visible policy text. Check the To field and remove any unexpected policy text before you send.
I unsubscribed from an email but still appear in a contact database
A sender's campaign suppression or blocklist is separate from Success.ai's database deletion process. Its help article about viewing a blocklist describes a customer's campaign control. Send a clearly scoped database privacy request as well, and retain the sender's unsubscribe confirmation separately.
Support says some information must be retained
Section 11.2 describes retaining minimum suppression identifiers to prevent a deleted contact being added again. Ask what is retained and for what purpose. A limited suppression record is different from continuing to make the full professional contact entry available to customers; do not treat every retained identifier as proof that the whole request failed.
The response says Success.ai is only a processor for this list
Ask whether the record also exists in Success.ai's own B2B database and which customer controls the uploaded list involved. Request the appropriate controller's contact or process, then review a separate request to that company. Do not assume one deletion request covers every customer's copy or historical export.
My agent wants to send without further approval
Stop at a draft. Section 9.4 describes authorized-agent requests with proof of authorization, and a copied guide does not supply that proof. Review the final details and approve any external action explicitly. Provide only the authorization evidence the current official process requires.
The request was denied or there is only an automatic acknowledgement
Preserve the reply. An automatic acknowledgement is not a completed request. For a denial, the policy describes using Appeal in the subject of an email to support@success.ai. State the original request date, the decision you are appealing and the clarification you need without sending unrelated sensitive information.

Subject: Privacy request: B2B database deletion and sale/sharing opt-out
Hello, I request deletion of my professional contact entry from the B2B database Success.ai controls, and opt out of its sale or sharing. Please retain only the minimum suppression identifiers needed to prevent re-addition and explain that scope in your response. Name on the record: [Name] Email address at issue: [Email] Employer or professional profile, if needed to identify the record: [Minimum matching detail] Profile URL, if already available: [URL or omit] Please tell me whether this request also addresses customer-uploaded lists, or whether I need to contact a separate controller. Please state the response window and any minimum verification needed. I have not attached identity documents. Please confirm what action was taken, the record and processing activities covered, and any information retained for suppression or another stated purpose. Thank you.
After you opt out of Success.ai
Keep the sent request, provider reply, suppression explanation and any observation you can independently reproduce. If a profile was previously accessible, check that same location after the stated processing window and record what you can actually see. Continuing outreach can also come from another database or an old customer export, so track the sender separately rather than attributing every message to a failed Success.ai deletion. Recheck after meaningful changes such as a new employer or a new burst of outreach; no automatic recurring check is established by this guide.
Realistic scope
This guide explains how to start a privacy request using Success.ai's published route. The current request workflow has not been verified, and this guide does not establish scan coverage, a filed request or completed removal. Other professional databases require their own requests.
Not yet a filed-for-you target
This page documents Success.ai's published privacy route. My Privacy Agent Patrol does not file this site automatically yet. An exposure check uses configured sources and does not confirm that this specific site is included.
Success.ai opt-out FAQ
Is Success.ai a real contact-data service, and is this its official opt-out route?
The official policy identifies Success AI Holdings Inc., describes its B2B contact database and publishes support@success.ai for the relevant privacy requests. This guide uses those official pages as its source. It does not independently assess the legality of every record or promise that a request will be accepted. Confirm the current official address before sending and avoid third parties demanding payment for access to the published privacy route.
How do I opt out of Success.ai?
Read the current privacy policy and prepare an email to support@success.ai requesting deletion of your B2B database entry and opt-out of sale or sharing. Give only the details needed to match the record, approve sending, and save the response. No completed request was tested for this guide.
Is there a verified Success.ai removal form?
This review did not establish a working removal form. The shorter privacy page and the full policy publish an email route. Although the policy refers to an opt-out page, the inspected footer did not show a dedicated link. Do not assume a form address from an older guide or directory method label.
Does unsubscribing from a Success.ai campaign delete my database record?
That is a separate request. A customer's blocklist or campaign unsubscribe can stop that sender's outreach without establishing deletion from the B2B database Success.ai controls. Address both contexts when necessary, and keep each confirmation.
How long does a Success.ai deletion take?
The policy aims to respond within one month for EEA, UK and Switzerland requests and may require identity verification. This is not a measured completion time or a deadline for every region. Ask for the applicable response window and recheck after the provider says it has acted.
Why might Success.ai retain my email after a deletion request?
Section 11.2 describes keeping minimum suppression identifiers to prevent re-addition. Ask which identifiers remain and how they are used. Limited suppression is different from retaining the full contact entry for ordinary database use.
Can my agent send the request for me?
An agent can help read the policy and prepare a draft. The policy describes authorized-agent requests with proof of authorization. Copying these instructions does not provide that proof or permission to send; review the final request and explicitly authorize any submission or email.
Do I need a paid account, an identity document or DROP first?
Do not buy an account or attach an identity document just to start. The policy accepts direct privacy requests and says those are honored regardless of DROP. It may request verification; check the current official process and ask for the minimum evidence needed before sharing anything further.

Reviewed October 22, 2026 against Success.ai's own pages and the sources below. Broker forms change often; if something here no longer matches, the official page wins.
Editorial review of Success.ai's official privacy pages and help documentation on October 22, 2026; no request was sent and no delivery, acceptance or removal was verified.
Review and change history
A content review or directory snapshot is reference history. A historical route observation does not establish submission, provider acceptance or removal, and does not establish a current working route. Current independent evidence has its own scope and expiry.
· Historical route observation: reachable (HTTP 200). This describes only the page observed on that date; later steps and today's availability were not established by that observation.
· Editorial review of Success.ai's official privacy pages and help documentation on October 22, 2026; no request was sent and no delivery, acceptance or removal was verified. This is the recorded review baseline; no earlier editorial change log is available.
· Expanded the directory entry into a policy-based, email-first guide. Added the published support address, database versus campaign scope, suppression and appeal guidance, a draft template, and the observed malformed mailto caution. No request was sent or removal tested.
Read current independent route evidence. That record reports its own scope, date, expiry and any gaps; this history does not renew verification.
