ZoomInfo opt-out: remove an individual Professional Profile
Open ZoomInfo's official Your Privacy page and choose Request Removal. Its linked form displays an Email Address field and describes a three-stage flow: help locate your information, submit a profile-removal request, and receive a processing notification. ZoomInfo says a completed removal makes the profile unavailable in its products; it may retain limited information to honor the request or prevent re-addition. Where applicable by jurisdiction, removal also serves as a sale/sharing opt-out for profile data. Cookie controls and business profiles are separate.

7 steps. Use the official site in a normal browser and follow its current instructions if a human check fails.
- 01
Choose the right scope
For an individual professional listing, use Request Removal. ZoomInfo's page says removal also serves as a sale/sharing opt-out only where applicable in your jurisdiction. Cookie Settings are separate and address sharing through cookies and similar technologies. Company information is not automatically removed with an individual profile.
- 02
Open the official removal link
Start at https://www.zoominfo.com/trust-center/your-privacy and choose Request Removal. This official page links to privacyrequest.zoominfo.com/remove/verify. Confirm the domain before entering information; do not use a paid third-party filing service.
- 03
Review the email step and stated flow
The linked form displays Email Address as a required field and says the supplied information is used solely to honor privacy preferences. It describes three stages: help ZoomInfo find your information, submit the request, and receive a processing notification. This review did not enter an address or inspect later screens, so use the prompts currently shown.
- 04
Review the request and approve submission
Before submitting, check that the request concerns your individual Professional Profile and understand the jurisdiction-specific sale/sharing language. If an assistant prepared the request, review and approve the exact information and final submission yourself. A form draft or processing notification does not verify deletion.
- 05
Use the stated fallback if the Trust Center flow cannot finish
ZoomInfo says that if the automated Trust Center workflow cannot complete a request, its privacy team will review it and assist directly. The Privacy Policy lists privacy@zoominfo.com and 360-718-5630 for questions or concerns about its privacy practices and says requests may use the contact details in its Contact Us section. Do not substitute cookie settings or an unrelated company-profile update for removal of your personal profile.
- 06
Keep the outcome and check the right surface
Save any confirmation and provider response. Check ZoomInfo's individual profile or product after it says the request was processed. ZoomInfo's Your Privacy page says it may retain limited information to process and honor the request, comply with law, maintain a request record, and help prevent re-addition; that is different from a profile remaining available in its products.
- 07
If you are seeking a company-profile change
ZoomInfo's Privacy Policy says it does not remove Business Profiles from its search engine, but an authorized business representative can claim and update company information. That process is separate from an individual's removal request.
What the ZoomInfo opt-out page looked like when we checked
When we loaded privacyrequest.zoominfo.com on October 5, 2026, it showed a "verify you are human" check before the form. Use a normal browser with VPN off; the form usually appears after the check.
This is a dated record of what our browser saw, not a removal. We never submit requests from this page.

Subject: Opt-out / data removal request -- ZoomInfo
Please remove my listing from ZoomInfo (zoominfo.com). I am the person named in the listing. Please confirm once my information has been removed and let me know if you need anything else from me to process this request. Thank you.
What is ZoomInfo?
ZoomInfo creates individual Professional Profiles about people in their professional or employment capacity, as well as Business Profiles about companies. Its official policy lists possible profile content such as names, business or other email addresses, titles and departments, general/direct/mobile phone numbers, professional photos, company and work-address details, employment and education history, affiliations, social-profile and article links, and inferences. The exact contents of any one profile are not established here.
The policy says its sources include public-web scanning, licensed third-party information, in-house research, and customer or user contributions. A profile can therefore exist even if the individual did not create an account. ZoomInfo also processes some information for its business customers as a data processor; its policy says customer-held processing is handled under their agreements and requests about that data should go to the relevant customer.
What a ZoomInfo listing can show
- Professional Profile fields may include a name; business or other email; job title and department; general, direct or mobile phone numbers; and a professional profile picture
- Company name, company or business-related postal address, employment history, education and professional affiliations
- Links to social profiles and articles by, about or quoting the person, plus inferences drawn from information ZoomInfo holds
- ZoomInfo says only limited profile information is made publicly available in its Public Directory; the exact profile or fields for an individual require checking the official directory
Who runs ZoomInfo, and which sites one request covers
ZoomInfo Technologies LLC publishes the Your Privacy page and Professional Profile removal flow. Its Privacy Policy identifies ZoomInfo Technologies LLC and affiliates as the company covered by the policy. A profile-removal request is scoped to an individual ZoomInfo profile; it does not remove company information, cookie data, or records held by other providers.
What is the zoominfo.com opt-out removal process?
ZoomInfo's official Your Privacy page links directly to Request Removal at privacyrequest.zoominfo.com/remove/verify. The live page displayed an Email Address field and describes three stages: finding the information, submitting a removal request, and receiving a notification that the request is being processed. It says the email supplied through the form is used solely to honor privacy preferences. The page does not expose later steps until you proceed; this review stopped before any email entry.
How long it takes
ZoomInfo's current Your Privacy page says its privacy team works to process requests as quickly as possible and will review requests directly if the automated workflow cannot complete, but it publishes no fixed processing deadline. Keep the confirmation and ask the privacy team for an estimate if you need one. A notification that processing began is not itself proof that the profile is no longer available.
ZoomInfo opt-out problems and fixes
I am unsure which ZoomInfo page to use
For an individual's professional listing, use Request Removal from https://www.zoominfo.com/trust-center/your-privacy. The current official page points to privacyrequest.zoominfo.com/remove/verify. Use Cookie Settings for cookie-based sharing preferences; they do not remove a Professional Profile.
The automated form cannot complete the request
ZoomInfo says its privacy team will review and assist if the automated Trust Center workflow cannot complete. Its Privacy Policy lists privacy@zoominfo.com and 360-718-5630 for privacy-practice questions. Ask the team what information is needed, then review any proposed disclosure before sending it.
I am trying to remove company data, not my own profile
The Privacy Policy says ZoomInfo does not remove Business Profiles from its search engine. An authorized representative may claim and update company information; this is not the individual-profile removal workflow.
I use ZoomInfo Lite as a data contributor
ZoomInfo's policy says a Lite contributor can stop further collection through that source by uninstalling the Contact Contributor software or disabling ZoomInfo access in email-account or integration settings. This stops that collection method; it is separate from requesting removal of an existing Professional Profile.
I want to change cookie-based advertising or sharing
ZoomInfo's policy treats cookie preferences separately. Use the site's Cookie Settings and, where applicable, browser privacy signals for cookie/device/browsing data; those choices do not themselves remove your individual Professional Profile.
I am covered by a special state employee privacy law
ZoomInfo's Your Privacy page says a covered person under Daniel's Law, Oklahoma's Judicial Security and Privacy Act, or similar applicable laws may request non-disclosure of protected information at stateremoval@zoominfo.com for expedited processing. Check the current law and eligibility terms before using this specialized route.
After you opt out of ZoomInfo
The current Your Privacy page says that once processed, the individual profile will no longer be available in ZoomInfo products. It also says ZoomInfo may retain limited information to process and honor the request, comply with legal obligations, maintain a record, and help prevent re-addition. If sale/sharing rights apply in your jurisdiction, the page says a removal request also serves as that opt-out for data in the profile. Cookie data, company information, customer-processor data, and other providers' records remain separate scopes.
Realistic scope
This guide explains how to request the action ZoomInfo publishes for its own site. Reading the guide or sending a request does not establish completed removal. Other sites and original public records are separate; recheck the specific zoominfo.com page after the site's response and if the information appears again.
Not yet a filed-for-you target
This page documents ZoomInfo's published privacy route. My Privacy Agent Patrol does not file this site automatically yet. An exposure check uses configured sources and does not confirm that this specific site is included.
ZoomInfo opt-out FAQ
Is ZoomInfo's removal page an official request route?
Yes. ZoomInfo's official Your Privacy page links to Request Removal at privacyrequest.zoominfo.com/remove/verify. The linked page displays an email field and explains the request stages. ZoomInfo says it may retain limited information for request administration, legal compliance, recordkeeping and preventing re-addition, so removal from products does not mean it retains no information at all.
How do I remove my personal profile from ZoomInfo?
From ZoomInfo's official Your Privacy page, choose Request Removal and follow the linked privacyrequest.zoominfo.com workflow. The page displays an Email Address field and describes three stages: find your information, submit a profile removal request, and receive a processing notification. This review did not enter an email or submit a request.
Does ZoomInfo remove all information when it removes my profile?
The current Your Privacy page says the profile will no longer be available in ZoomInfo products, but ZoomInfo may retain limited information to process and honor the request, comply with law, keep a record, and help prevent re-addition. Ask ZoomInfo to clarify anything you need to know about retained data.
Does profile removal also opt me out of sale or sharing?
The current Your Privacy page says that, if applicable in your jurisdiction, requesting profile removal also serves as an opt-out of sale or sharing of personal data contained in that profile. Cookie settings are a separate control for cookies and similar technologies.
Will removing my personal profile remove my company's listing?
No. ZoomInfo's Your Privacy page says removal of an individual profile does not automatically remove company or business information. Its Privacy Policy says it does not remove Business Profiles; an authorized representative can claim and update company information.
What information can a ZoomInfo Professional Profile contain?
The Privacy Policy lists possible fields including name, business or other email addresses, job title and department, general/direct/mobile phone numbers, profile photo, company and business-related postal address, employment and education history, professional affiliations, social links, article links, and inferences. The exact content varies and this guide did not inspect an individual profile.
Are cookie opt-outs the same as removing my ZoomInfo profile?
No. ZoomInfo's Your Privacy page sends cookie and similar-technology preferences to Cookie Settings separately. It says profile removal does not automatically remove business or company information, and cookie settings do not remove a Professional Profile.
What if I used ZoomInfo Lite to contribute contacts?
ZoomInfo's Privacy Policy says Lite contributors can stop future collection through that method by uninstalling the Contact Contributor or disabling ZoomInfo access to connected email or other applications. That is separate from removal of an existing Professional Profile.
How long does removal take?
The current Your Privacy page says requests are processed as quickly as possible and the team will assist if automated processing cannot complete, but it publishes no fixed deadline. Keep the processing notification and ask ZoomInfo for a timeframe if needed.

Review and change history
A content review or directory snapshot is reference history. A historical route observation does not establish submission, provider acceptance or removal, and does not establish a current working route. Current independent evidence has its own scope and expiry.
· Historical route observation: bot challenge (HTTP 403). This describes only the page observed on that date; later steps and today's availability were not established by that observation.
· Read ZoomInfo's current Your Privacy page and linked removal flow, plus its official Privacy Policy updated June 9, 2025, on October 22, 2026. The page displayed an email-address field and a three-stage flow; no email was entered, no CAPTCHA or later form step was attempted, and no request or removal was verified. This is the recorded review baseline; no earlier editorial change log is available.
· Corrected the guide's inherited response-time and repeat-submission advice: the cited official policy does not publish a removal SLA, and independent timing estimates are not a provider commitment. Follow the official request status or contact route instead of treating a guessed date as confirmation.
