PeopleWhiz opt-out: how to remove your personal listing

Go to PeopleWhiz's official opt-out page, enter your first name, last name, city and state, and submit the request. The route is protected by a Turnstile human check, so use a normal browser without a VPN if you see “Verify you are human.” PeopleWhiz also lists support@peoplewhiz.com for follow-up. When we loaded the page on October 5, 2026, it returned a 403 but exposed those four fields.

Step by step

Remove yourself from PeopleWhiz.com

7 steps. Use the official site in a normal browser and follow its current instructions if a human check fails.

  1. 01

    Find the matching PeopleWhiz listing

Search PeopleWhiz for your name and open the result that matches your city, address history, relatives or other details. Copy the full listing URL from the address bar. Record the details that distinguish your page from someone with a similar name before starting the request.

  2. 02

    Open the official opt-out page

Go to https://www.peoplewhiz.com/optout and check that the address bar remains on peoplewhiz.com. This is the official opt-out URL. Do not enter personal information into a look-alike page or a paid intermediary that claims to submit the request for you.

  3. 03

    Use a normal browser

The route is protected by a Turnstile check. When we loaded it on October 5, 2026, the page returned a 403 and was marked as bot-gated. If you see “Verify you are human,” use a normal browser without a VPN, allow required scripts, and complete the check yourself.

  4. 04

    Enter the requested identity details

The live check exposed fields labeled “First Name,” “Last Name,” “City” and “state.” Enter the details that match the listing you found. Check spelling and the state selection before continuing, especially if you have moved or share a name with another person.

  5. 05

    Submit the opt-out form

Submit the form after reviewing the four fields. If the page shows a confirmation, save it with the date and the listing URL. If it simply reloads, displays an error or returns to the human check, do not treat that as proof that PeopleWhiz received the request.

  6. 06

Use support for a blocked or unresolved request

Email support@peoplewhiz.com if you cannot complete the form or the listing remains visible. Include your full name, city and state, and the PeopleWhiz listing URL. Ask for removal and written confirmation. Keep the message and any reply so you can compare the result later.

  7. 07

    Check the listing again

After you receive a confirmation, open the saved URL in a private browser window and search the same name and location again. A confirmation shows that the request was received; a separate search is needed to see whether the listing is still visible. Record both outcomes.

Link returned an error

When we loaded the documented opt-out link on October 5, 2026, peoplewhiz.com returned an error (HTTP 403). If it still fails, use the email route or the site's privacy page.

This is a dated record of what our browser saw, not a removal. We never submit requests from this page.

What is PeopleWhiz.com?

PeopleWhiz is an online people-search data broker. The site's directory description says it gathers public records and lets someone look up information about another person. A PeopleWhiz listing may combine a home address, relatives, phone numbers, social-media profiles, criminal and court records, assets and other public-record details. You can appear without opening an account or asking PeopleWhiz to create a profile.

People-search databases package scattered records into a name-search result. That can make old addresses or family connections easier to find than they were in the original records. Removing your listing from PeopleWhiz addresses that site's copy; it does not change government records, source documents or records held by other services. PeopleWhiz does not publish a parent network, so treat this as a request for PeopleWhiz only.

What a PeopleWhiz.com listing can show

  • Full name and aliases
  • Current and past home addresses
  • Phone numbers
  • Relatives and household connections
  • Criminal and court-record references
  • Assets and property-related information
  • Social-media profiles

Who runs PeopleWhiz.com, and which sites one request covers

PeopleWhiz.com does not publish a parent company, sister-site network or named operator. It describes PeopleWhiz as the service that aggregates public records for people-search and background-check results. The opt-out is therefore domain-specific: a request at peoplewhiz.com does not automatically cover other people-search sites that may hold similar records. Use the PeopleWhiz route and support contact for this listing only.

What is the peoplewhiz.com opt-out removal process?

The PeopleWhiz process starts at https://www.peoplewhiz.com/optout. When we loaded that route on October 5, 2026, it returned a 403 client error with a Turnstile challenge, but the observed fields were First Name, Last Name, City and state. Use a normal browser, complete the human check, enter the details that match your listing, and submit. Keep any confirmation. If the route remains blocked or the listing stays visible, contact support@peoplewhiz.com with the listing URL.

How long it takes

PeopleWhiz does not publish a turnaround time. Treat a form confirmation or support reply as evidence that a request was received, not as proof that every copy of the listing is no longer visible. Recheck the saved URL and a name-and-location search after you receive confirmation. If the page remains live, email support@peoplewhiz.com again with the earlier request date and listing URL.

If it does not work

PeopleWhiz.com opt-out problems and fixes

The PeopleWhiz opt-out page returns a 403

When we loaded the route on October 5, 2026, it returned a 403 with a Turnstile challenge. Use a normal browser without a VPN, enable the scripts needed for the human check, and try again. If it stays blocked, contact support@peoplewhiz.com and keep the listing URL.

The page asks me to verify that I am human

Complete the Turnstile challenge in a normal browser and avoid rapid repeated refreshes. A VPN, privacy extension or blocked script can interfere with the check. If you cannot pass it, use the support email with the exact PeopleWhiz profile URL instead of guessing at a form submission.

I am not sure which listing is mine

Compare the city, current or past addresses, relatives and other details shown on the page. Copy the URL only after the details match. If two records could be yours, note both URLs and explain the situation to support rather than submitting a random result.

The form submits but I have no confirmation

Save the date, the four fields you entered and the listing URL. Check whether the page displayed a success message or sent any follow-up. If there is no evidence that the request was received, email support@peoplewhiz.com and ask for written confirmation.

My listing is still visible after I contacted PeopleWhiz

Recheck that you used the correct profile URL and supplied matching name, city and state details. Reply to the existing support thread with the request date and URL. Keep the earlier message and any response; do not assume a 403 page or a sent email means the listing was removed.

My information is still on another people-search site

PeopleWhiz does not list a sister-site suppression network. Other services maintain separate records, so a PeopleWhiz request does not cover them. Open each service's official opt-out page and make a separate request for each listing.

Subject: Request to delete and opt out of my PeopleWhiz listing

Hello, Under applicable state privacy laws, including the CCPA where it applies, I request that PeopleWhiz delete the personal information associated with my listing and opt me out of the sale or sharing of my personal information. Name: [Full name] Email: [Email] Location: [City, State] Listing URL: [Listing URL] Please confirm by email when the request has been processed. Thank you.

After you opt out of PeopleWhiz.com

Keep the PeopleWhiz confirmation, support correspondence and listing URL. Public-record data can be refreshed, and a new listing can appear after the source data changes. PeopleWhiz does not publish a re-listing schedule, so set a periodic reminder to search your name and city again. If a record returns, submit a new domain-specific request and also check other people-search sites separately.

Common questions

PeopleWhiz.com opt-out FAQ

Is PeopleWhiz legit, and is its opt-out safe?

PeopleWhiz is a people-search data broker with an official opt-out route and support address. The form is protected by a human check, so access problems do not prove that the service is offline. Use only peoplewhiz.com, share the minimum information needed to match your listing, and do not pay a third party just to submit the standard request.

How do I remove my information from PeopleWhiz?

Use the official form at peoplewhiz.com/optout. Enter the first name, last name, city and state that match your listing, complete the human check and submit. If the form is blocked or the listing remains visible, email support@peoplewhiz.com with the listing URL and ask for confirmation.

What does PeopleWhiz show about me?

A listing may include your name, addresses, phone numbers, relatives, social-media profiles, criminal and court records, assets and other public-record details. The fields vary by record. Removing the PeopleWhiz listing does not change the original public records or other sites' copies.

How long does the PeopleWhiz opt-out take?

PeopleWhiz does not publish a turnaround time. Keep the form confirmation or support reply, then check the original listing URL and search your name and city again. Contact support with the earlier request date if the page remains visible.

Why is PeopleWhiz asking for my city and state?

The live check exposed First Name, Last Name, City and state fields. Location helps distinguish people who share a name and match the request to the right listing. Enter only details that correspond to the PeopleWhiz page you are asking it to remove.

Why does the PeopleWhiz opt-out page show a human verification check?

The route uses Turnstile. When we loaded it on October 5, 2026, it returned a 403 client error and was marked as bot-gated. Use a normal browser without a VPN, complete the check, and remember that passing it is only access to the form, not proof of removal.

Does PeopleWhiz remove my information from other sites?

No. PeopleWhiz lists no sister sites or shared suppression portal. Other people-search services keep separate copies, so you need a separate opt-out request on each exact domain where your information appears.

A content review or directory snapshot is reference history. A historical route observation does not establish submission, provider acceptance or removal, and does not establish a current working route. Current independent evidence has its own scope and expiry.

  2. · Historical route observation: http error (HTTP 403). This describes only the page observed on that date; later steps and today's availability were not established by that observation.
